PRE PROJECT OF MASTER PLAN IN THE TOWN OF SAN JERONIMO DE JUAREZ, Acapulco, Mexico

The Master Plan development presented has an area of 127 that extends to the sea in the town of San Jeronimo de Juarez

The project proposes the implementation of fourteen lots distributed into hotels, homes and leisure (sports shopping, restaurants) and as follows:

     * 6 HOTEL SITE frontline facing the sea. Each lot with an area of 85,000 m2 and a capacity of approximately 425 rooms

     * 6 SITES FOR HOUSING AND under Single Family Multi-Family residences in spread over a 347 3552 m2, with capacity for 4696 dwellings. Lots have been provided with increasing heights starting from the line of the sea towards the end of the field project to ensure good organization in all the housing lots , thus the houses are situated on the beachfront


     * 5 SITES FOR LEISURE an area of 181,798 m2 including spaces for sport, commerce, and entertainment. These areas are situated for easy access from the hotel and residential lots, and promote circulation without leaving dead spaces.

The roads linking the lots have been designed to encourage interaction between them, which also create a waterway that runs through all the lots.

URBAN DEVELOPMENT NEXT TO GOLF ”Isla Amanecer "
Grupo Grand Coral

Inside the area of Grand Coral Riviera Maya, near the town of Playa del Carmen, the project is a lot surrounded by a golf course and separated into two by a broad avenue. The difficulty of the complex arises from the density proposed for the building and the lack of proximity to the sea view. The whole project is required to be open to the golf course, and close to the avenue maintaining the ease of accessibility. It was therefore very important to study the circulation and the existing vegetation to hide the  project buildings.

The decision was to create a ring of buildings around the lot border with the golf course, but also creating multiple openings within it so as not to break the views from inside out.

Urban Development Plot "Mayama. Grupo Grand Coral

This project is located on 37,334 m2 in the Grand Coral Riviera Maya complex, near the town of Playa Del Carmen, and has an elongated form of longitudinal stripe which extends to the sea.
The field is divided into two areas, a hotel next to the entrance area and entertainment area close to the sea.
The hotel´s lot is integrated into the vegetation where two storey small buildings are placed; this solution provides independence to that lot. The views are achieved through the diagonal positioning of buildings.
As the land extends tothe sea, it reaches  the entertainment  that opens to the sea view. The entire route is accompanied by dense vegetation and water surfaces.
