Urbanization and residential design project of 40 apartments on the beachfront in Rivera Maya, Mexico. The complex includes common areas with a swimming pool, a children’s area, gardens and a beach club.

The concept tries to integrate traditional Mexican architecture and the indigenous landscape into a pure volume with open spaces.

The project consists of three buildings connected by two communication hubs and open exterior walkways. All the houses are organized to provide a view of the sea and the swimming pools. There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. In addition to the terrace, the ground floor apartments have large private gardens
