This project is located in the Grand Coral Riviera Maya complex, near the town of Playa del Carmen, and has an elongated longitudinal strip that extends to the sea, with a surface area of 37,334 sqm. The plot is divided into two areas, a hotel next to the entrance area and a leisure area near the sea. The hotel lot is integrated into the vegetation where small two-story buildings are located; this solution provides independence to that batch. The views are achieved through the diagonal positioning of the buildings. Walking towards the sea, we come to the entertainment area that opens up to views of the ocean. The entire route is accompanied by vegetation and water surfaces.
