Inside the Grand Coral Riviera Maya complex, you will find the project for the realization of  278 homes “ISLA AMANECER” surrounded by a golf course designed by the famous golfer Nick Price.

The project is developed in two phases, the first with the creation of the housing complexes “Nick Price Residences” and the second “Residencias Lorena Ochoa”, all of them overlooking the golf course.

The NICK PRICE RESIDENCES are a set of 3 buildings of 123 homes closely linked to the golf course and its clubhouse.

All the buildings are located in a line parallel to the contour of the plot, facing the golf course, closing the communication and connection areas inside the area. A lot of movement has been given to the buildings to allow greater permeability of vision from the interior of the plot and to break the massive appearance of the buildings. The façade to the street is more closed and quiet while the façade to the golf course opens with large windows in framed openings that move along the front.

To crown the buildings, the roof is used to create common areas with a pool, barbecue and spaces for children, all with views of the golf course and the sea.
