The house is located in the Atlanterra urbanization, facing towards the sea.

The land is part of a hill with a considerable slope, hence the house is developed on three levels to take advantage of the entire site, with access from the top and bottom to the plot of the house.

The project opens completely to the sea and underneath it is supported on walls made of local stone which raises the main volume formed by a skin-like envelope that runs through the two upper floors, the rest are large windows facing the sea.
