A study of the current state of the house was carried out in order to redistribute the partition walls creating large communicated spaces flooded by the spectacular light from this last floor of the building.
The structure of the roof pinnacle was discovered and it was sanded and varnished, repairing the pieces in poor condition that are now seen inside the house.
