Ocean Homes is a residential complex of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses located on the beachfront with direct access to the promenade and sea views from all houses.

The complex, established by the developer Pryconsa, is located on a 17,800 m2 plot and has an exclusive central recreation area formed by a large sheet of water which contains an island with garden areas, a solarium, and a beach club. The complex also has a gym, a children’s area, and paddle tennis courts.

In the concept of the project, the continuous rupture of the volumes was intended to eliminate the idea of ​​massive construction of the more typical city complex. Located in front of the existing buildings in the zone of the Mediterranean architecture, this new project combines much more modern cubic volumes- The interior distributions, with wide open spaces, opens into the terraces and views.
